FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
You'll receive a Sneak Peek preview gallery within a week of your wedding day. Your final gallery will be delivered within 10-12 weeks depending on my workload and scheduled downtime.
I will advise you of any expected delays in delivery.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
I do! His name is Gavin Foley and you can see his work by going to the News page where you'll read more about him and find the link to his website to view his work. We've worked together on many occasions so we know each other well. As a matter of fact we now work together as a team on my Epic Packages. If Gavin is not available on your date I will send you links to other videographers I have worked with for you to choose from. Should you wish to source your own videographer then that's absolutely fine with me.
What if we're getting married abroad?
If you're choosing to have a destination wedding that's fabulous! Please use the contact form to tell me as much about your plans as possible. Destination weddings are quoted individually.
Do you travel outside the northwest?
Absolutely! If you're celebrating you're special day anywhere in the UK then I'm more than happy to travel to tell your love story. Any expenses would be discussed when we have our initial chat.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Use the contact form to tell me as many details as you can including date venue and budget. We'll then arrange a time for me to call you or for us to meet up to discuss your requirements further.
2. Sign Contract
Once you're happy to go ahead and book me to tell your love story all I need is your deposit to secure your date and for you to sign a contract then I'm all yours. You'll have my full support from now up until the big day and delivery of your gallery.
3. The Big Day
On the day I'll be with you from the time we discussed during our meeting right up until your story is told. I'll work quietly, without fuss to bring you the best memories of your special day.
4. Photos & Prints
You can order prints of your big day by using the store option in your gallery. If you've chosen a package which includes an album then we'll work closely together for the design.You choose the photos (up to 90 usually though you can add more pages at extra cost) and I design the album.
