Elegant Interiors: The Conservatory and Great Hall

Mitton Hall is renowned for its breathtaking architecture, offering the perfect backdrop for natural wedding photography no matter the weather. Emma & Tom held their ceremony in the bright conservatory, a stunning, light-filled space that makes every exchange of vows look effortless and radiant.

Following the ceremony, guests moved into the gorgeous wood-panelled Great Hall. With its historic charm, roaring fireplaces, and rich textures, it created an incredibly warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to mingle and celebrate.

Breathtaking Grounds: From Woodlands to Golden Hour

One of the highlights of a Mitton Hall wedding is the sheer variety of picture-perfect locations. We took advantage of the pretty woodland area, which provided a beautiful, dappled-light setting that is equally perfect for intimate portraits of the newlyweds and large, relaxed group shots with family and friends.

As the day turned to evening, the weather delivered the ultimate gift: a flawless sunset. The terrace and grounds at the back of the hall are perfectly positioned to capture stunning golden hour portraits, allowing Emma & Tom to share a quiet moment together in the warm, glowing light.

Wow-Factor Flash Portraits on the Minstrel Gallery

Before the evening party kicked into full swing, we slipped away for a few creative shots. The stunning minstrel gallery overlooking the Great Hall is the ultimate spot for wow-factor flash portraits. Using creative lighting against the dark wood and grand architecture, we captured some dramatic, show-stopping images that Emma & Tom will treasure forever.

Delighted!!! We are so so happy that we chose Jane to be our wedding photographer! We have a huge amount of beautiful, natural photographs of us and our guests having a wonderful time. We also have some really special portraits in spots that Jane picked out on the day (which we love!). From start to finish Jane was perfect, we loved the pre-wedding shoot that was included in our package, it was great to meet and get to know each other before the big day, and we’re delighted with the photos that we have from that too. We were also really pleased with the second photographer, Gavin, that joined Jane on the day. All the photos are beautifully finished. Jane is a hugely talented photographer, but we also loved her company and had a laugh together; we were completely at ease in front of her camera, and that’s not a spot either of us thought we’d be comfortable in!
