Our experience with Jane was fantastic from start to finish and we couldn't recommend her enough. There are hundreds of wedding photographers out there and we spent a long time looking at the various options before picking Jane - and we don't regret this decision at all. We had already seen examples of her work but it was vital for us that we were comfortable with our prospective photographer. We initially met Jane for an informal chat and she was warm, funny and easy to get along with. We knew almost instantly that she would be the photographer for us. In the days/weeks leading up to the big day, she was very responsive via email/WhatsApp and accommodated all of our requests for the day. She also provided additional guidance/advise to assist us with our wedding planning.
On the day, Jane and Kirsty (second photographer) were amazing and I can't fault them at all. They arranged the guests in an orderly fashion for the group shots, arranged the scene/setting for the confetti, directed us (as required) for our portraits and worked flawlessly alongside our videographer team. As far as we were concerned, as the day progressed they transitioned from wedding photographers to wedding guests and we are so happy that we could share our day with them.
Jane's pricing structure is affordable, competitive and for the quality and service on offer, I would say that it's an absolute bargain. Are there cheaper photographers? Absolutely. Would they deliver the same quality, service and overall professionalism? I doubt that very much.
You might be asking yourself.. this is all very good, but what about the pictures themselves? They were unbelievable! Jane produced our gallery much quicker than anticipated and it contained hundreds and hundreds of amazing pictures. We re-live our wedding day through these pictures every time we look at them. The big day comes and goes so quickly, and as the bride and groom it is impossible to remember everything - Jane and Kirsty's amazing pictures serve as a reminder and they will give us long lasting memories for years to come. The day was full of emotion and these pictures capture all of it.
Jane's online gallery/site is very well organised and far better than others we had seen. The pictures are categorised into the key moments from the day along with facial recognition so you can quickly find pictures of your loved ones.

5 stars is not enough for Jane who delivers an incredible package from start to finish. I was in talks with Jane for 12 months throughout the planning process of my wedding and she was there every step of the way.
We met 7 months before my wedding for a ‘pre-wed shoot’ which was so much fun. This helped us both realise that wedding photography doesn’t have to be posey and cringe which does not suit our vibe at all. The shots were natural, fun and most importantly we had a laugh.
Fast forward 7 months, Jane helped me with things that were beyond her contractual duties and was an all around fantastic human being.
The actual wedding day passed by in a blur and I barely remembered photographs being taken. However, when we received our preview we were blown away at the amount of beautiful, fun, natural moments that had been captured during our day.

We booked the ultimate package 16 months before our wedding date as we knew what we wanted ... and that was Jane. She kept in touch throughout the run up to the wedding and we knew she was only a message away if needed, which was super lovely.
We had the pre-wedding shoot included in this package, which we were both a little apprehensive about as we are really not the photograph type of people - but we arranged a date at a local place to us both, just a couple of months before our wedding day. I can honestly say boy was it worth it! Jane immediately put us at ease being in front of the lens and we just genuinely had a fab time & had lots of laughs, it really made us even more excited for our wedding day.
From start to finish on our Wedding Day, Jane was there with energy, vision and a sprinkle of perfectly placed Northern Attitude. The pre-wedding shoot feelings all came flooding back to us and she made us so comfortable and wanted to capture our day exactly as we had planned. We were also chuffed with the second photographer, LeAnn, and videographer, Gavin, who were sourced by Jane.
We got our preview a week later whilst on honeymoon, and we are honestly so grateful & blown away by them.

Jane was the photographer for our wedding in December and honestly I cannot have imagined anyone could have filled the role better.
Both myself and my husband aren't fans of being in front of the camera and were quite anxious on the run up to the day. We met Jane for our pre wedding shoot and she instantly put our fears to rest! The shoot was somewhere convenient to us, relaxed and completely to our tastes. We were even able to bring our little dog which meant a lot to us as he wasn't going to be joining us on our big day. The photos came out stunning and not only did it make us excited for the photos that would be taken on the wedding day but they will be treasured for years to come.
On the day Jane and her second photographer blended into the day so well. I felt like we got so many candid photos of preparing and absolutely everything was captured. We got some really cool feature photos (like the champagne spray) as well as traditional family portraits. We are so over the moon with the photos and cannot thank or recommend Jane enough to anyone. Jane had an assistant- Annie with her on the wedding day to always capture the perfect shot. This also gave us his and her photos of us getting ready.
